WELCOME

This blog was thought up by a group of friends who met on another challenge blog that closed. We missed the challenges there and decided that it would be nice to challenge each other by collecting ideas and putting them all into a hat to draw one out each week as a challenge. Now Closed as a challenge blog but here for inspiration for now

Challenge 13-Little Book

It was great to have so many of you join in with last weeks button project which we all found a lot of fun--who would have expected Christmas in June-thanks Florence.

This week what came Out Of A Hat was 'A Domino Book' suggested by Florence, but as not everyone has dominoes to hand it seemed a good idea to say any book so long as it doesn't measure more than 3x3 inches. Any subject at all and we look forward to seeing what you make of this one.

Do visit our blogs and each others as well if you have time. To visit ours click on the names under the samples and to visit others who join us click on their name in the Inlinkx at the bottom of the post.

Most of all have fun-we had fun with this challenge as Sandra came up with the idea to make it a swap with the four of us. It is so lovely that we have become such great crafting friends and it is terrific to see old and new friends joining us in our challenges.

Lorraine has written a tutorial for her star book--and lots of beautiful pictures to show us how it was made as well

The tutorial is here

Thank you Lorraine

How very beautiful are all the DT little books. I have never attempted anything like this, but I will give it a try. 'Nothing ventured, Nothing gained' as they say. Hope you all have a lovely day. Hugs Rita xx
