WELCOME

This blog was thought up by a group of friends who met on another challenge blog that closed. We missed the challenges there and decided that it would be nice to challenge each other by collecting ideas and putting them all into a hat to draw one out each week as a challenge. Now Closed as a challenge blog but here for inspiration for now

Challenge 67-Stars and Stripes

Happy 4th of July to our friends in the US

Hello to everyone-it is always good to have people drop by and we hope that some of you will find time to join in with the Hatters for this week's challenge.

We loved what people made last week and enjoyed visiting your blogs.

This week we have the theme 'Stars and Stripes' and you can make anything you like with this theme

For the month of July we are very pleased to have our friend Valerie as guest designer. I am sure many of you visit her blog often and enjoy all the wonders that she produces for us all to share--including online cakes from time to time lol

This is what Valerie says about herself--

I am a retired - thank God! - teacher, who was let out after 35 years hard

labour, and is now enjoying being able to paint, craft and play all day. I was

born and grew up in London, in the heart of 'Jack-the-Ripper Land', studied

in Lincoln, Nottingham and later in London, and have been living in Germany

since 1972

Here is what we made in case you need any ideas and if you click on the names under the pictures you can go to our blogs to find out more about the projects we made.
