This blog was thought up by a group of friends who met on another challenge blog that closed. We missed the challenges there and decided that it would be nice to challenge each other by collecting ideas and putting them all into a hat to draw one out each week as a challenge. Now Closed as a challenge blog but here for inspiration for now

Challenge 25 Oriental Influences

Hello Everyone

Hope you have had a nice week and been enjoying your crafting.

Great recycled projects from you last week and it is always good to be able to make a project from something that would have probably been thrown away. If you are like me, not much is thrown away at all  if has potential I keep it.

From the last challenge in August until September 20th, every time you enter one of our challenges your name will go onto a list. This is because Tracy(Paper Craft Nut) has donated a prize.

We are going to fit in a Halloween Challenge on September 20th and after that a winner will be chosen by Tracy. Thank you Tracy for the prize which is a really great set of stamps for any collection.

October at Out of a Hat will be Christmas. Florence has put this together and if you click on the Christmas logo in the side bar you will be able to find our more about it all. The comments have now been enabled if you would like to leave a comment there we would love to read what you think.

Please read the rules page here. Not easy if you aren't English I know and we are trying to be tolerant with entries from other countries at the moment but any that don't follow the rules won't be added to the prize draw and may be deleted

Now to the challenge for this week, you can make anything you like that includes an Oriental Influence in the project. We would like to know a bit about how you made the projects when we visit your blog so it would be nice if you could tell us.

Here are the ones that we have made for this week and if you click on our names under the pictures you can go to our blogs and see how we made them

Hi... As you'll see from the post, I originally had no intention of entering this one - I thought I wasn't into Oriental much... boy, has that changed?! As you'll see, again, from the post... Thank you so much for a challenge which really took me by surprise, and took me over! And for all that glorious inspiration which kicked me off - will be round to leave some proper thank yous!
